Default Error Code (E20) Focus

Everytime i pop in a Cd its displays an E20 code or a focusing error code wtf happened? GM players NEVER go out. Lens dirty? Please express ur thoughts?

For all those who want to know if it got taken care...it did. I took it apart, and put it back together. I used alcohol and a cotton swab and cleaned the lens then put the laser back on the thread of the bolt inside the actual hardware. I didnt have any electrical lube or whatever so i used neosporen or whatever blew all the dust out, and bang! it worked once i put it back in.
