Opinions on prothane poly motor mounts?

I would think you would do both. Think about it. If you do the drivers side to keep it from raising up. Why would you not do the passenger side to keep it from rocking down?
Doing one side sounds stupid. It would make one side stiffer than the other.

Poly mounts will let the motor shake less but
only because more of the shake is transferred
to the car body. The heavier body will move
less than the motor alone, but you will feel it
where you wouldn't on bungy mounts.
I have them on both sides. I initially noticed a
little more idle shake inside the cabin but soon
got used to it. My motor is all stock though, so
only the occasional idle miss for engine shake.
