Default what are the "best" tracks open year round in the US???

I am FINALLY getting my car back together and want to take it to the track in the next month or two....Can't do it here in Indiana due to weather and tracks closing. What would be the closest, but best, track that is open year round to NE Indiana? Thanks

Great (nearly) year round tracks: HRP in Baytown TX and SAR near Seguin TX.

Year round track in Indiana: pretty darn sure there are none.

HUB City dragway in Hattisburg, MS They should be reopened by the end of the month. The Hurricane destroyed the scoreboards and the tower.

You live in IN, why not U.S. 41. They are open all year round providing there is no snow on the track.

I thought US41 was closed....

I would like to travel south a bit to get better weather...don't want to try to launch on a track that is 40 degrees!!!

Thanks for the replies....more suggestions welcome.

We've been out there once or twice when we've had that unusually warm weekends. I am pretty sure we were out there this past January or February once.

US41 is 660 above sea level.
