Default Trans Am Interiors - Anyone done anything??

I have been looking for Trans Am interiors with something different done to them. But I can't find any that have modifications. Besides putting in the Autometer gauges behind the steering wheel, what else have you done to your Trans Am interior??

I've got the Harlan shift light in the A-pillar vent, a dual gauge pod, a Panasonic DVD/touch screen Tv, a T-style shifter, and a race seat....does that count?

Just MacEwen silver face gauge overlays, short stick and aluminum pedal covers. Not too much. Hard to concentrate on driving with a bunch of bling going on.

Anything counts. I know that the Camaro guys paint their interior pieces. And as long as it is done right it looks good. But I haven't seen painted T/A interiors that I like. Not to mention we don't have parts around our vents to paint. Just the vents themselves. I am pretty happy with how they look stock but am really wanting to dress it up some. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to think of anything other than shifter ****, different cd player, and guages.

well, i am stuck with the graphite interior at the moment. I bought some lightweight carpet for it in black. Once that is installed, i'll go to town on dying some interior pieces. My race seats are black, and my new steering wheel is black as well

When my Trans Am comes back from the body shop I'm going to be doing a 2-tone kind-of deal, I currently have the tan leather interior with the graphite mixed into it. So i'm planning on changing the carpet over to the graphite because that tan carpet is too damn hard to keep clean. Maybe dying the inner portions of the leather graphite or the other way around to contrast the seats.

i dont have a whole lot done but i do have the interior pieces painted and embroidered head rests and an aftermarket stereo. ive also got a triple gauge piller pod and a pro 5.0 with a short stick that will be installed soon. I plan on getting the center of the seats and the leather part on the door reupolstered with the sunset orange color soon though that will look awesome, when i get it done ill post some pics but this is what ive got so far.

I painted the inside on my vents silver, not the outer ring. It is very subtle & looks great in my opinion. Look up my thread on it. It called "My $2.16 interior mod"

I dont have any pics but my 95 T/A came with red interior an red door inserts. The first thing someone comments about my car is the color of the interior. I also have red billet aluminum shifter **** from MBA when they were in business, dvd/cd player with 7 inch screen and Trans Am decals on the seats from Brent Franker. All in all i think it looks pretty damn good without being overkill. As soon as i get a good camera i will post pics. Oh yeah, my car is red too so it flows pretty good.
