there are a few companies that make them: mccord, dmh, and qtp. qtp happens to be the only sponsor who sells them, and, to my knowledge are the ones most likely to have them readily available. you will probably want to get a 3 inch. and there are a few threads you may want to check out regarding the use of dual cutouts, alot call it unnecessary, and it wont be very loud with stock maniolds regardless of whether you have one or two. and running two usually kills whatever ground clearance you want, i have one and it tucks up so nice, better than the y-pipe i have.

I got mine directly threw QTP. You will just a single 3". Not worth it to run dual cutouts.

i ordered straight from qtp. the wiring was easy, i did that myself. but when i got the cutout installed i had the rest of the catback to put on as well, it cost me less than $100 at midas.

Only labor cost is cutting/welding in the cutout under the rear seat - I paid $20 at a local shop a couple years ago. Like spy2520 said the wiring is easy, just need a power source and a ground for the switch. Bring the electric plate with you to the muffler shop to make sure you have clearance for the motor part - or you'll be like me and break it off on a hard launch - I'm back to unbolting mine manually now.
