Default shifting problem

hello all.... i have the most confusing problem. Its starting to get real cold in st. louis these days and now my car dosnt want to go into gear at all when its cold. if i let her warm up for about 10 min it will go but it puts up quite a fight. once the car is hot and ive been driving for a while it shifts fine. if anyone has experienced this prob and can help shed some light on my situation i would be very greatful.

also i have a centerforce df and updated hydraulics w/ drill mod!!

You have almost answered this yourself. Your clutch does not fully release cold. It is dragging (prolly all the time) clod and interferes with shifting - the synchros will loose a battle with a clutch. I would bet it is equally difficult to attain reverse.
