Default biggest lift cam w 241's and stock springs?

I am doing a cam swap. What is the biggest cam you can go with and keep your stock springs? Second question: can you do a spring swap on the car? Thanks for the eucation.

The cam guide has some great information, I still don't think its a good idea to use the stock springs on anything other than a stock DD car or truck.

If you really want to keep your stock springs you already have the biggest cam you need.
You can do spring changes on the car.

thx guys, answered my question in both regards. Looks like it's gona be a tr220 and 918 springs with titanium retainers. I appreciate your help. This is a daily driver that will eventually get a 408 once this motor gets some miles and gets tired.
