Corvette Performance - How good are the GM LS6 CNC Ported Cylinder Heads??

Fred Beans sells them for only $989. Part # 88958622. What type of gains do they provide over the stock LS6 heads and how do they compare to your typical "stage 2" type heads??

And most importantly, are they indistinguishable from the stock heads when looking into the engine bay? Reason I ask is I don't want my warranty voided.

Dude all gm casted head are indistinguishable when you look in the engine bay. It's not until you take off the valve covers can you tell a thing. The only way to tell the heads are diff without removing something is to look at the casting number on the heads.

Casting number on the head is easily seen at the front of the engine. Anyone looking for a set will notice the number is different.

The $989 is for one [1] head only :cry:
