Is it a technically a stroker
A forged, bored/honed 347. Is it considered a stroker even though the bore is only changed by 1 CID? On a 383 stroked engine ... isn't the piston stroke still the same length? So, I guess I'm asking more what the true definition is of a 'stroked' motor? Anybody know?

Yep for sure. A stroked motor refers to an engine that regardless of changes in bore size has an elongated stroke. (the length the piston travels up and down the cylinder)
Usually this is achieved by installing a crankshaft that has a longer overall stroke and connecting rods that are longer to keep the piston up in the bore correctly.
Stroked engines usually yield a greater increase in torque than in horsepower but you still get lots of both.
In your particular example it sounds like you are refering to a motor with forged pistons installed, the bore align-honed just enough to clean it up (not overbored at all) and no change to stroke. Unless you change the stroke of the motor, you don't have a stroker!
Going 30 over or 60 over on the bore size (0.030 or 0.060) along with all the other possible sizes in between may increase the overall cubic inch displacement of the engine, but since it doesn't touch stroke it's not "stroking" the motor.
Hope that helps? I'm sure there are tons more elaborate explanations but that is my simple one.

Stroker means the crank has been changed to give a longer stroke, increasing the CID of the engine. Bored is not stroked. Honed to smooth out the cylender walls is not really bored either.

a 382/383 can be achieved all stroke; 3.905 bore and 4.00 stroke or all bore 4.100 and stock 3.622 stroke
the stock 346 is 3.898 bore and 3.622 stroke
