Burns Stainless Steel, do a google. They have SS, Ti and Inconel. Pricey, but if your looking for it, you already know that. GL

You might want to forego the "exhaust" keyword
and just look for industrial suppliers of titanium
tubing in the wall thickness you want. By and
large, exhausts aren't the big use of Ti tubing. I
don't know what -is-, other than aerospace. In
that vein, I wonder what Boeing surplus / salvage
hounds might have picked out and hoarded.

You'll find lots of titanium in powerplants. Powerplants use LOTS of titanium tubing because it's the only material that will withstand the corrosive environment of hot water, steam and a mix of condensation, and survive the descaling process. If you can find a powerplant that's closing down, I bet you'll find a couple miles of titanium tubing.

If you want the best exhaust material go with inconel . Ti isn't used as much , look on an f1 car , they rely on nothing but the absolute best and they use inconel . I feel it is way overkill . Ti does make a good cat back material . Inconel can be used in very thin gauges and still stand up to the temps and fatigue . Both are expensive as a material and wait till you find someone to weld it $$$$$$$$$$$$$ . Both Ti and inconel filler metal is very expensive and ti needs to be done in an inert atmosphere . Corsa makes a Ti cat back for c5's for a lttle less than $2,000 and that is production not custom .

Markertek sells up to 2-1/2" ID tubing, which is more than good enough for headers, but you'll need to find a way to fabricate everything from the merge collectors back.....unless 2-1/2" ID is big enough for you...
Haltech sold titanium midlength headers for a while, but I never heard of any customers. Give him a call and check if he can help you out.
