Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Got an intermitent rattle in the top end...

I think I had a lifter go bad in my 502 while I was racing a Cobra Sat. We came out from Denny's later and I got a tick in the left bank on startup. It subsided after I brought her up to around 3K and came back intermittently after that. I don't know what lifters are in the car yet but will probably get some good ones to replace them.

Oh yeah, 12 cars at the top of 2nd when I lifted cause we hit some thick fog. He had traction issues, I didn't.

is it hydrailic or solid roller?
