Default Anyone tried FI on a flex fuel 5.3?

Does anyone know how different the flex fuel computer is from the standard computer?

Can the computer still be retuned?

After it is retuned would it still retain the flex fuel feature?

Can boost somehow be electronicly controlled to automatically adjust for the type of fuel being burned(e85 alcohol vs gasoline)?

Thanks

The turbo Saab is adjustable from regular gas to E85 from a push of a button. It pumps the boost way up when you're running E85 because E85 puts out 20% less HP N/A... But E85 has an octane rating of 110.

Exactly, the high octane rating of e85 makes it seem ideal for FI applications. I have read about people building dedicated e85 only street/strip cars running much higher boost than would be possible with gasoline. I would like to put together something similar, but I would have to have the ability to run gasoline in case I couldn't find an e85 pump.
