Default 383 stroker kits

Unfortunately, I have already pulled my engine and have torn it down. I am now considering a stroker kit. It seems Eagle has about the best price for the 4" crank. Who sells good affordable kits out there? I live in Texas and have seen some posts about Keith Craft and HK enterprises.
What are some good sources and prices? What do I need to look out for and what junk to stay away from?
I have a LS1 block and will be running stage 2 LS6 heads, along with valve reliefs, what pistons do I need to maintain decent compression?

Ok so whats wrong with 402? Its bigger than the 383

I think they have the internals for the 402 and you just use your old block.
Good luck.

I have a 383 11.5:1 compression with all Lunati internals. All installed almost 8 years ago. Car and Lunati components have 51,000 miles on them and is perfect! Cost is a little on the high side, but I've proven it's worth it.

We can put a kit together for you from 347ci to 438ci. Check out the web-site www.PortPros.com. Give me a call, pm or e-mail I'd be happy to put an estimate together for you.
