Default Just rebuilt the top of motor

I'm reusing the header gaskets for the third time...have Jet Hot LTH and AFR heads just installed ..when the car gets hot and has been on an agressive cruise 3-5 miles...it sounds like valve noise, but that would show up all the time...i'm thinking its a bad header gasket...how can I tell for sure?

Aggressive camshaft rates can cause valvetrain noise.

Easy way to rule out the gasket, replace them with a new set.

Oh it sounds like a sewing machine alright...it's the additional similar noise after a good warm up i'm trying to deal with. We are going to replace the gasket and use some copper spray etc.

Just get new GM gaskets, and leave the copper spray on the shelf.

Or not use spray? LOL. I'll leave that to the mechanic.
