Default Spring Upgrade

I have Patriot Gold Dual Spring in my AFR 205s right now. I will be running a G5X3 114LSA. Will this Springs be alright?? Also.. Should I upgrade Lifters?

Those springs are fine, if you are pulling the heads replace the lifters, if not keep the stockers unless you have a lot of miles.

Yes new lifters.
I would use either Comp Cam 850-16 or Crane replacements.
CRANE would be my choice but as usual they are $275.00 VS $199.00

I used those springs with stock Comp replacement lifters without problems. I only had a couple thousand miles on setup.
