Default need some help....

I guess my gears in my rear were installed wrong when i had them done or something but my cars at a shop now and the pinion bearing/seal are shot, you can move the driveshaft back and forth by the rear. BTW car only has 30k on it.. so it was on the lift and i noticed that some fluid was leaking out of my tailshaft. so im guessing its leaking b/c the driveshaft had all that play in it from the bad bearing at the rear. how hard is it to replace the seat in the tailshaft???

You can replace the seal with just the driveshaft removed, but if the bushing is shot, that will need to be replaced as well, which will require removal of the tailshaft housing.
