No coolant is fine. The car does see a lot of short trips maybe condensation? The oil looked normal when i changed it today.

It condensation caused by the short trips. Shorter trips do not get the oil up to operating temperatures long enough to "boil" off all of the moisture in the oil. If you are always taking short trips, I would shorten the oil change interval or mix in some longer drives.

defenatly water in oil. you say that the oil looked normal and not milky like that? that would have to be a lot of condensation to make it that milky i would think. but you say your coolant is ok i dont know what else would cause it but what is said.

Yea i'm gonna do some longer drives once i get this fixed. I have no idea how long i've been driving on it either. Saw it today when i was changing the oil.

its the ol "water in the oil" trick. Did you happen to save any of the oil after you changed it? If so get the oil checked for water.

Most likely from short trips. The 4.7 dodges used to do that very bad if not driven at least 15 miles at a time until they changed the fillcap/breather design

Is the outer point of the upper A arm shiny? It almost looks like the tire was being dug into by the upper a arm.

My cap looks like that whenever I drive it under 50 degrees outside and short trips. I freaked out 3 years ago, turns out it's normal.

Do you still have a PCV system? I had the same crap in my oil filter neck when I was running breathers, and short trips had nothing to do with it. I first noticed it after driving long distances each day, so when I checked my oil I found that.

How do the rest of the tires look? Judging by the cracks in the side wall, looks like it's an older tire. Had it been rotated?

The front tires have been on the car since i bought in 2003. All other tires are fine with no sign of anything like that. I got new tires put on it today from Discount Tire and will jack the car up and check the tires next monday. I'm gonna take a few long drives on the car in the next couple of days.

I could not find any place that the tire would rub against. The bolt from that a-arm spindle had no sign of it rubbing the tire nor the peice that extends out a little bit further. When the car was down i reached back there and it had good clearance.

loks like water on the oil cap. and tire looks dry rotted, which looks like tire is tearing away from seam due to how vehicle is driven. just my $.02 .
