What should a cam install on a 04 GTO cost?

What should a cam install on a 04 GTO cost? I live in Northern California. I will provide the cam, springs, retainers, and pushrods. What do you guys think the labor should be?

In Texas I've received quotes that range from $700-$1200 for the installation of heads and cam in a late model LS1 GTO. Prices reflect the vehicle owner supplying all parts including, bolts, gaskets, and fluids. Billed time is ten hours. One quote I received charged $350 extra for the installation of headers. Tunes are additional as well.
