Default What's better, H or I beam connecting rods?

I was looking at the Scat rods and the I beam are lighter and cheaper for some reason. Scat states that they H beam rods are stronger.

H-beams are heavier because they have extra meat on them, which makes them the stronger rod. I went with the SCAT H-beams in my build because they were lighter than most of the competitors H-rods.

I wouldn't worry unless you are building over 700rwhp N/A

Scat I's would be plenty. Just double check specs on rod bolts.

Pretty much any rod will be sufficient under 800rwhp. Over that you will probably want something a little stonger like Lunati.
