Default kludge relay and Throttle..any way to disable relaxer side of it??

I know that there is a relay with some pulleys basically that control the throttle pedal for cruise and for TCS commands
but is there any way to disale it so that I still get spark retard in TCS but no pedal modulation??
or can I just disable mechanically so that it only works during cruise control needs??

I am just trying to get rid of the dam pedal relaxer...hate how it feels right now.... and I would like to try the spark retard route for traction control..especially since I will have a bunch of winter snowy weather to test it out
