Texas Real Estate I'm at UTI in Orlando until November. After UTI I'm headed to Houston to attend SAM. I'm looking to buy my first house. Could you guys spare some advise for me? Locations, maybe something you would have done differently. Thanks a lot guys, your input is greatly appreciated.

It's a buyer market right now so just look on www.Har.com and don't feel like you have to make a decision fast go look at a few houses to get a feel of thesizes of rooms etc... The descriptions on the site are pretty good and just know if there is not a lot of pictures to look at there is a reason usually. Find a realtor that is easy going and I have a couple of people that I have used recently that I can recomend depending on the area of town you are looking to buy. Good luck!
