98-02 wipers arms bolt on to 93-97 ?? I have removed my arms (not the blades) from my 97 TA and they need to be painted. When removing the arm caps I broke them and noticed that the 98-02 arms have better looking caps IMO. Will the arms bolt on , are they the same splines?? Will just the caps interchange ?? caps and arms have different part #'s for the different years TIA
