It looks like a formula with the TA front bumper ( fog lights in center, not on outside). Also the wing isn't raise like the later TA's, I don't think they were raised until 96, but I am not 100% about that. Unless you are getting a real good deal I would keep looking The age and mileage means that things are worn, or going to be worn out soon.

As long as it was maintained and runs/looks good I would consider it, depending on how much they're asking. As long as it hasn't been beaten to shit and was well taken care of it's got a lot of miles left in her. There is a guy with a 95 Formula conv that has 211,000 miles and has driven it on 1,000 miles cruises. The difference from a 94 Trans Am and Trans Am GT is the spolier(GT has raised, non-GT has Firebird/Formula spoiler) and the GT should have a 150mph speedo with no speedlimiter.

My '94 Formula has 129k on it. I've raped this car heavily before it hit 100k. It still runs strong, it needs to have the gas tank removed and flushed, because the dirty tank makes the car stumble sometimes. If a change the fuel filter it's good for about 1000 miles then it chokes intermitantly. Otherwise it's trouble free.
I'd buy that car if I were you.
