Default Hydralic Roller Lifter Ranking

Tech Masters:

Another information challenge:

If you were to rank the available hydralic roller lifters available, how would you list them in increasing order of durability for higher and more aggressive lift cam grinds.

Looking at the universe of lifters for our LS1/LS6 engines, there are GM OEM, Melling, Comp 850, Comp 875, Morel, Crane, Isky, and others.

What's confusing is how some recommend the popular 875 for higher lift apps and then I look at Futral's website and they have the Melling listed for their killer cams. How is this so???

So what are your thoughts on this matter????

I know what I would put at top and bottom of list IMHO:

Top - Morel or Lunati (identical to Morel but less$$ )

Bottom - Comp R's (too many cases of lifters coming apart & fragging engine)

I have the Lunati lifters...
