Default Pushrods

When do you change the length of pushrods from the stock 7.40 length?
ie If I am changing a cam with stock heads, rocker and lifters do I have to change the length? I thought not but just wanted to make sure. The cam has a .567 lift.
Thanks!

If all else is stock, 7.40's it is.
It will be a little noisier though since the aftermarket cam has a smaller base circle.
If aftermarket base circle is .020 smaller > .045 I would increase p-rod to 7.425.
