Default Custom camshaft for n/a and nitrous power.

Hey.

2003 zo6. Stock LS6 (347ci). Intake, exhaust, TPIS Longtubes, off road X.
I want to spec out a custom cam that will make n/a power and make nasty power on spray.

So lets hear it.

Thanks.

ED,
Where are you?

Crazee, you need to let us know what power range you wish to use, smog legal or not, lopey or not etc...

Hey Pred,

You know I can't do much on this site.

On a more "Hardcore" site, I can...

LOPEY is cool. Not a daily driver. But I do drive it on the street.
Emissions are not a problem.

I want POWER.

Crazee, take it to a pm to EDC, Ed hooked my cam up. I wanted the same thing, but I have other supporting mods which I am sure make a difference, and I really have no clue as to the intricate specs of the cam other than:
231/242
.637/.622
114lsa

Will maximize up to 300shot of Nitrous.

How much nitrous you plan on spraying, weight, head flow and all that jazz plays into. A simple pm might help you out a lot.

To be honest, I wouldn't do a cam at all without headers.

You mean 236/240 .602/.609 LSA 113 +2 ??

Depends on how much mill and what gasket.

actually my bad had originally thought u had posted the specs on this cam, but as i re-read the thread i noticed it was CAT3, i was infering about this cam:
231/242
.637/.622
114lsa

sorry for the mis-understanding.

I would do a medium size cam because of the stock heads.my 224/228 is great in my book but dont know if it is spray friendly.

That's one of mine... Which piston are you running? Makes a difference.

Just for my own curiousity, why would you want a custom camshaft designed for someone elses combination?

Ed
