f series are 12 way adjustable with one **** controling both comp. and rebound
r series are also 12 way adjustable but have a fixed 90/10 comp. and 12 way adj. rebound
though the comp. is still changed a lil by the ****

anyway if your gettin qa1s...get the r series
matt..what are your 60fts now? and what DA do you live at...your time a are a lil slower then usual...just tring to help

yo man i did not realize it was an lt1 man...got shiz it is runnin hard man
with some qa1s and some mt et street radial you will be hittin some mid 1.5s soon man and be pullin the wheels and be in the 11s easy
get some ported lt4 heads and intake on there and mid 11s
very cool
