How to Determine Deck Height?

I'm trying to figure out some SCR numbers but I need to know my deck height. How do you figure this out? I don't have the shortblock built yet so I can't go out and measure it. Thanks!

well then you cant figure it out. the deck height measurement of the block is from the deck to the crank centerline. w/o having the motor built and knowing rod length, piston C.H, or if the block is going to be decked its all a shot in the dark.
