Worth the switch?
Any 60' or ET gain?

Minimal! A few hundreths at most. Wait till you have a reason to have the rear or tranny out to do the swap.

I do have a reason, thats why I'm asking..
Current 3:42 rear needs new clutch paks, so I'm thinking about upgrading to 3:73's..

I gained .3 going frm 3.23 to 3.73 so I think you might
gain.1 or more going from 3.42 to 3.73.
