slowhawk did you just relocate purevls alternator because of the phamspeed kit because with this manifold setup wont it still fit down in factory spot?

No, you have to relocatet he alternator to run the truck manifolds. Ditch the A/C too.

Yes,the truck manifolds are still in the way of the altinator.(about 3/4")
Believe me,it would of been easier if you didn't have to move it.

Call Stenod about duplicating their system. Maybe you could ask for a holiday special. The call will be worth your time!

I would'nt copy it exactly...

I'd point the turbos compressor inlets towards each other and run dual exhaust instead of a big single..

A few changes like that..

Pretty good considering that I used the bends from my old crossover. Made it interesting but I didn't have to buy any materials at all. So far its been pretty cheap for me to go with the truck manifolds.

Price breakdown
SS 3/8 manifold flanges from stainlessworks 79.00
4.8 5.3 6.0 truck manifolds 45.00
MSD wires (needed em anyway...thanks to the old headers) 58.00
O2 sensor bung 8.00
O2 sensor extension harness, 24in 20.00 (Bought that just in case)

So $152 not counting the plug wires isn't bad at all. You can get the SS 2.5 multi bends from performance curve for 39.00 bucks...one should be plenty.

I'm very suprised at how easy it has been so far. Me and my Dad have been working on it from day to day, really no rush to get it done since I'm waiting for my 2 bar map sensor to show up sometime this week. Last week was too friggin cold to be working outside so we put it off and started this sunday.

* PIC edit* here's a lil suprise that I found when cutting up the old crossover pipe...this could hashed my turbo ehh?
