Default Advanced Grind In Cam ?

Looking at the MS3 which is at 0 and has no advance ground in their cam. If I went with a Adj Rollmater set and advance it with degreeing the cam at +2 or +4 would this be the same as having it ground into the cam itself? Just looking to get a little more low end midrange out of this cam so I don't have to spin it to 7200.

Thanks,Joe

As far as advancing through chain, yes it will be the same.
HOWEVER, check with TSP because if you advance it, you might have to flycut pistons. (PTV clearance)
