And I undeleted and locked it, b/c we keep all threads in this section for archive and search purposes. Posting up and documenting your experience does no good, nor does it help TSP, if people cannot see how TSP takes care of their customers.

In the future, please do not undelete threads in this section when the situation is resolved. Just contact me and I will change the title to denote resolution.
