Oil in the Throttle Body

Oil in the Throttle Body so I pulled off my bellows today to take a look at the TB and there's oil all around the edges of the blades and stuff in the front of the TB. I think I need to put a catch can on there, but does that get oil on the front of the TB? God knows what my intake looks like :/
