The AC Delco Iridium Plugs are the same price as the platinum plugs that came in your car stock (6.96 at Advance Auto Parts). So if you want to pay the same price then sure they are worth it

I did some searching for you Josh, here's what I got..

TR55s are $1.99 and the TR55-IX (iridium) are $6.99

From some searching, it seems like the TR55s are the status quo, and iridium is the step up.

Read from a couple posts via search and came to this conclusion:
Copper is Good performance, short life
Platinum is long life, reduced performance
Iridium is long life w/ copper performance.. the way to go IMO. Its your baby, give her only the best!

I'm not sure how the AC Delcos compare to the Tr55-IX's but if they do compare in quality, since you already bought them go for it and just install them. Seems like iridium is the way to go.

Can someone chime in on the quality of AC Delco plugs?

Feel like helping me with installing headers over Christmas? Get your *** back to CT.

Im running delco iridiums, although im not sure of the part number. I noticed no difference between them and the TR55s i had in before them. I pulled the delco iridiums out when I replaced my lifters and the looked very healthy after 12K miles
