Default Lunati 237/242 .050

I decided to with a Lunati 237/242 .050 .595/.595 112 in my 408.I got AFR205s with the valve springs afr supplied,supposly good for .600 Do you all think I should change the springs or can I be ok to run it with the afr springs?

I run bigger on 918's on the stock CID. Basically double springs would be ideal if you are at that lift. I am on limited time before *poof*!

What are the AFR springs rated at?

Rudy, they should be fine. You installed the same springs on my car and my cam is bigger than yours.

What springs did I put in your car I cant remember the springs I have came with the heads,talked to Tony from AFR yesterday he said just to shim the springs with a .030 shim to get the installed height to 1.780,still thinking now I want the Grand Cup cam

The springs are Patriot Gold dual springs. You better make up your mind. That company that offered the Gran Cup cam will sell it to you cheap. I'd pay half price now, and I think someone else wants it too.
