head upgrade? i have a friend that wants to trade heads with me, simply to keep my cost down on the under $2000 pricewise....
he has world products Sr torquer heads with 2.02/1.60 valves, mild port work, double springs, RRs, and a set of CM pushrods.
his heads are 67cc-opened up slightly, he's running a 305 engine in his car and the bigger heads slowed him down due to lost compression.
i have 305 heads with 1.84/1.50 valves........all stock, no porting, just good springs and 1.6 rockers....
he wants my heads to do alot of work to.....and i want his heads simply to improve performance over what i have now....i'll owe him alot of tire work for it, but i don't mind swapping him out little by little....
