anyone have any idea how good are the roller X solid lifers

are these the ones that were in chevy hi performace a couple months ago? I think they were only for bbc's? Interesting if you wanted to run a solid roller on the street for a while though.

well on their web page, thery idecate that they have a set for LS 1-6 engines.
due to high oil starvation in the lifters i thought these are nice priced and designed.
anyone heard anything about them feal free to share thoughts with us

Haven't used their rollers, however their flat tappet lifters are light and don't require breakin. Generally considered top draw, although expensive at around $1000/set.

Their lighter weight may help the valve train live longer and require less spring. Their lack of needle bearings may increase reliablity in high performance applications.

Since you are going solid presumably you are planning on either high engine speeds and/or a high lift, aggressive profile cam.
