Default Removal of extra equipment

I am in the process of removing the AIR system, EVAP, and EGR system on my 2000 LS1 motor. This motor is being installed in a 1956 Chevy. Before I go to far what kind of problems will this cause? The PCM has been programed to run without these what else do I need to look into geting off this motor? Thanks for any help offered.

As long as the tuning is done and all the block off plates are in place, there shouldn't be a problem.
