Pontiac GTO 2004-2006 - Hea Guys

i just bought a used gto last saturday traded the ss for it i low the Gto unlike any car i have ever had. i have a few questions on this car it is a 2004, which has the pipes comming out the same side i really want to run the duals on both sides any ideas and pictures?? Also intrested in lowering the car any kits you guys perfer i has the sportline on the ss i loved the height.. Also as far as intake and ideas on brands and about what is the extra hp gain i figured 4 to 5 hp but concerned with the headlight blocking most of the air any solutions to this?? Well all the help would be greatly appericated.

Welcome to the GTO crew... :)

The '04 to '05 bumper conversion is a piece of cake. I had the whole conversion done on my mother's '04 goat for $500 bucks including fabbing the new pipes from the stock mufflers back. granted, I used a bumper off an '05 that the guy was replacing with the SAP bumper and had it repainted to match my mom's car, so i got it a little cheaper than new, but it was mint anyway.

you'll need to replace the foam impact absorber bar behind the bumper too because the '04 one won't fit under the '05 bumper cover.

as far as exhaust, you can either buy a dual exit catback designed specifically for '04 cars with the conversion or you can simply have a shop fabricate new pipes from your mufflers back.

Thanks for the advise you guys are awsome!!! That gives me a few ideas.. The headers look like they would be a breeze compared to the SS. Well if you guys have any ideas on springs also let me know!!
