How does one remove the fog-light switch from the trim piece?

How does one remove the fog-light switch from the trim piece? The piece behind the steering wheel covering the gauge cluster and attached to the drivers-side vent. I'm having difficulty removing the fog-light switch; anyone know what I need to do?
