Whats the biggest psi pulley youd put on a stock bottom end 98 ls1?

8 psi is the max I would run.

Well if you saying just stock BOTTOM end I would say probably 10 or more. I mean if you change the heads with a bigger chamber or even a thicker headgasket you can get the compression down to more reasonable levels and increase the boost. Now granted I dont think the ring landings are going to last with a stock bottom, but Ive seen folks bring their 10.5:1 CR down to about 9.5:1 and get a good 650whp out from the stock bottom end with no problem
