Looking for a part number... large grommet on the driver side head

My large grommet on the driver side head (for the PCV system) is torn. Anyone know the part number for it? I want to put the LS6 PCV plug (12568011) in it

Part# 10198949 The gromet is used in both the ls1 and ls6. And you are talking about the rear of the valve cover not the head
