What fluid and how much?

If you have an Auburn carrier, 1 bottle of friction modifier and about 1.6 quarts of gear lube. If you have a Torsen, about 1.75 quarts of gear lube (no friction modifier needed). Basically, until it starts pouring out of the fill hole. About which fluid to go with, that's your preference. I use regular Castrol 75w90 because it's cheap.
