Default My TA with new Raptor Hood (Black)

I've had the hood for a couple days now, but I needed to get a few good coats of Tropi-Care and do some clay work to it before I could take any decent pictures of it. I hope these turned out good!

nice hood but the vette in the background tends to draw my attention away from awesomeness of the raptor hood.
did you paint the hood? if not care to say what the price of the paintjob?

Nope unfortunately not my Vette, just a buddy of mine's who we were also detailing before mine.

It came painted from the person I bought it from. I will be having a ghost flame or ghost tribal paint job done to it in the beginning of the year so the few tiny imperfections that the hood has will be fixed with that.

The fit is pretty damn good for an aftermarket hood. It took me about 3 hours of adjusting to get it to line up to my satisfaction and then about a day later I went and adjusted a bit more. Nothing too hard at all.

Your hood fits a hell of a lot better than mine does. The fit on mine is terrible.

You just helped me decide to paint my car black (maybe). My Trans Am is red now and i owned another red one before this one. There are alot of clean, nice looking black Trans Ams on this site.. Everyone seems to complain about keeping them clean though.
