My LS1 weak spots???

Your weakest point will be between 31mph to about 45mph. That is, assuming you have stock downshift points.
My WS6 was a 3.23 geared car, also with a SY3500 stall. That 31-45mph range was basically the only "dead zone" I had. Eventually, I got LS1 Edit and upped the downshift points to bring the car back to 1st gear at up to 37mph. This worked out good, because I had a cam and valvetrain that could make power in, and handle the extra rpm. I was shifting at about 6300. Then the only dead zone was 38-45mph.
Granted, even the dead zones were a lot less 'dead' with the 3500 stall though.

On stock its 40-50 or 30-40.
Then again at 90-100 or 100-110.
I'll have to drive the car again to make sure but these are the spots I feel the car lag for a second.

re: Same here, 30-45 the LS1 takes off like a V6. Don't EVER roll race from 30-45 whatever you do.... even slower cars will be able to stick with or even pull on you until you upshift. I find with my 3.23s the sweet spots are 15-25mph and 55-70mph. I hear alot from fellow LS1 owners that installing a stall/torque converter will deminish any deadspots and I was thinking about getting one someday.
