Default Battery Relocation Troubles

It's been about 2 years since I removed all of the factory wiring and I am trying to install my battery and relocate it. I was wondering if anyone can make a simple .bmp/.jpg drawing showing where all my wires need to connect. I need this to include the battery(trunk), starter, fuse box, and alternator.

I had my battery going straight to the starter on the "8" junction, and then ran another power wire from here to the fusebox(this in turn would give power to everything else in the car and be cleaner than running 2 wires from the battery. Once I connected the battery there was smoke comming from underneath the console so I disconnected it and tried another way and nothing happened. Now I am scratching my head because it appears that I am following the diagram in my haynes manual.

Also looking at my haynes manual there is supposed to be a power wire (besides the plug) going to the alternator, but I cannot remember where this is supposed to go to.

When I did my bat. relocation I added this block to where bat. was. It
bolts into bat. tray with the stock bolt.
No cut cables. and you can change back to stock. The red taped wire
goes back to bat. I also added 200A fuse near the bat.
good luck Dale

I'm looking to relocate my battery to the trunk as well. In the new summit they have a sealed Box that is vented with all the wiring you would need for a fair price.
