harlan 2-step relay wiring question
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm a complete when it comes to some of this wiring stuff. I'm planning on wiring my 2-step to deactivate my nitrous kit like on this diagram:
Question 1:
What size relay am I supposed to use? I can get 5-pin 30/40 Amp relays locally, will those be ok? BTW, my nitrous kit uses a 40-amp relay, if that matters.
Question 2:
On my nitrous relay, pin 86 goes to the WOT switch. What about on the Harlan relay? What exactly is a "12 Volt Micro Switch"?

if you're using 40 for the system already, stick with that size. As that diagram has the system power running through both of them.
As for the micro switch portion on the 2 step relay, you can just tie that point to 12V. Or the same wire from your WOT switch, or the 12V arm for your system. You're only looking for a 12V source for the relay.
