I had the car on jack stands with the hood open, and raised the garage door forgeting to shut the hood. Well the big metal garage door ended up hitting my hood and chipping it. Its a little less than and 1" long, .5" wide, and it goes into the fiber glass. Its deffinantly deeper than just paint. Should I attempt to fix it myself? If not, how long would it take a body shop to fix something like this? I just dont want to leave my car at any bodyshop because my car has a reverse manual Th400 and I dont want them to drive it...
