Default Car shuddering

I changed the plugs to TR-6 a few weeks ago without changing the wires, and I noticed the car shuddering a little, but not all the time, mainly when I first started the car. When I'd give it gas, it would hesitate a little. Well I figured it was the plug wires, so I changed those, and took the car of a short spin (around the parking lot of my apartment) and it wasn't shuddering, so I figured problem solved. Haven't driven it since. Today was a pretty nice day, so I figured I drive it to work. Ran fine on the way to work (about a 35 mile trip). A few hours later, I started it up to go to the store and it sounded like it was missing a little (shuddering) agin. It stop shuddering for a few seconds and started again. I'm going to take it home and recheck the gap on the plugs .35. I'm installing nitrous and needed a colder plug. .35 is the correct gap, correct? The car has 75k on the clock. What could this be??? Please help!!
