Apartment for lease in College Station I'm subletting my apartment in College Station since I'm moving to Houston. If anyone is looking for an apartment available from Feb - Aug, shoot me a PM.
Its 2 bed/2 bath 900sq ft located right off of HWY 6 and Southwest Parkway. The name is University Commons. Since I've lived here for 3 years, I pay $405 a month for rent. New residents would pay $459. It is a fully furnished apartment with cable and high speed internet included. You just pay water and electric which comes out to $40 - $60 a month. You cannot find a better deal. The leases are separate, so you would take over my remaining lease. The utilities are in my roommate’s name, so you would pay him. He will be moving out this summer, so he will also be subleasing at that time. Post up or PM any questions you might have.
